Czworaki of the Ossolinski Palace is a part of a vast complex prepared both for the organization of business meetings, as well as for the organization of other, individual events. We organize luxurious banquets, regional feasts and parties with all the wealth of tastes and aromas of regional cuisine. We deliver unforgettable experiences by combining the traditional old Polish customs with modern approach.

The modern multimedia and audiovisual systems allow a convenient organization of artistic or entertainment events. It is over to you to select: an evening with the Sarmatian company supplemented with a spectacular fire show, a splendid artistic fencing show, the tasting of traditional meads and liquors, a string quartet concert, a masked ball with outfits of selected decade, a revue filled with colours and sounds, or maybe a gala with professional masters of ceremonies? – whatever you choose we will meticulously take care of the atmosphere of each event.

The 390 sqm banquet room is located within a closed area with a 12 hectares of  garden at your disposal. And just right to it is a beautiful 300-year-old Palace, a formal courtyard with a fountain and a terrace…


In our menu we offer natural ingredients and the taste of Old Polish cuisine: carefully-selected crunchy cold meats, filling soups as well as vegetable creamy soups, roasted meat marinated in honey and rowan vodka with sweet red onion relish, roasted apples, cabbage with game and boletus mushrooms, delicious dumplings and cepelinai, cucumber cold soup, savoury potato pastry with bacon, yeast dough with crumble, poppy-seed cakes sweetened with honey or home-made pancakes with fruit…
…all dishes are made using regional products: game, boletus mushrooms and , red pine mushroom come from the nearby forest, fish from fisheries t the Bug river, delicious meat from the local smoke houses, honey from the local apiaries, and the loaves of bread are made from the wheat harvested at the nearby fields. The products are provided by well-known and verified suppliers who make their products according to traditional, family recipes.
